Welcome to the Transformational Leadership Institute Blog. This blog is dedicated to providing transformational resourses leaders from both the marketplace and faith community. A brief review of the leadership/management prior to World War II reveals that much of the leadership literature dealt with the development of character at the expense of competence. After World War II leadership literature began to shift away from character and focus on competence- the skills needed to be successful.
At the Transformational Leadership Insitute, we strongly beleive that true leadership-transformational leadership-is equally dedicated to the pursuit of both character and competence. In fact, the integration of the two is the purpose of this blog.
It our hope that text and video blogs you find in this blog will benefit you both personally and professionally. Further, it is our hope that you will frequently visit this blog on a frequent basis.
Blessings,
